Hiya mate, still hopeful for Sunday but will have to let you know as may have to postone for a week or two, as the lad i was coming over with has been bumped into in his car which has irritated a battle wound from riding up pines a few weeks ago. He said he's hopeful to still be ok to ride but is going to let me know.

Could possibly make it over this Sunday? Do we have to be members to come over and session the trails? (would probably be me and a mate) Although if it's as good as it looks will probably join up anyway! lol

Would do mate, but i live in Edwinstowe (next to Pines) and work in Nottingham so by time i get home and sorted would probably be too late. Could do it on a weekend or when i've got a day off booked in though deffinately. I spoke to a guy who was a member over their the other day when he came to see the trails up Sherwood (don't know if you'd know him, about 5'7"ish bottom lip pierced with two rings on either side?).

Yeah, we try to hit it with enough speed to carry a manual over it but the transition from the second wall onto the first slope isn't great (i.e. it's a bit stepped up). Also the ground between the two walls could do with some serious compacting as me and a few other have shot off the first wall only to hit one of the many large bits of hardcore, loose balance and face plant on the second wall lol. Liking Mattnaz's suggestion about bowling out the pier landing but I would lead it into a larger double than the one that's currently there, instead of getting rid of the current double.

Hi Mate, Through some thorough detective work (and the fact you have all the build pics) i've realised you are the guy that designed/built the Sherwood Pines runs (and the Rasen Trailblazer's one too i'm guessing?) Just wondering if anything extra is due to be added to the pines runs and if ya needed a hand at any point, got a few pals that would volunteer time too.

i like matts idea that will add a hell of a lot of flow to the wall rides as the main stuff is up and rides well it just needs a few minor touches to create some sick ass flow
